Clean carfax only 52,000 easy miles, always garage kept. In just as good condition underside as top side. Cobra was just appraised at $24,000! Must sell soon, looking for one good, reasonable offer. The mustang cobra was a world-class performance car with a silky-smooth 32-valve v8, chiseled lines that were also traditional, and a leather-lined interior that looked like it belonged in a much more expensive car. With just three owners from new and only 52,000 original miles, this pacific green cobra looks to have been never been raced or abused. The paint is in decent condition. This car has been well-kept-that's a rare find indeed. It was obviously garage kept. The headlights, trim and window seals are not oxidized. No corrosion anywhere. The tan leather interior is simply gorgeous. Cobras came only one way: loaded. As a result, things like a/c, power windows, locks, and driver's seat, cruise control, and a tilt wheel were standard equipment. The seats show very little wear, again a testament to both the quality of the cobra and the care it has received. The 4. 6-liter dohc v8 rips through the gears with a zeal. Smooth and willing to rev, it was highly developed by ford to represent the very best power plant they could muster. The bottom-end was virtually indestructible and the heavy-breathing heads made it feel like it could pull forever. The 5-speed manual transmission shifts easily and the 8. 8-inch rear end will stand up to the 4. 6 for years to come. With just three owners, a clean carfax report and low miles, this is an awesome way to get some big horsepower mustang fun without breaking the bank. It's shockingly well-preserved, looking like it's five years old, not 20, suggesting that someone really loved this car. It hasn't been wrecked or raced or abused. The sn95 shape has aged rather well and for many, it still represents the archetypal mustang. Cobras were luxurious inside, offering genuine leather buckets and just about every option ford could throw into them. The tan upholstery in this car gives it an upscale look and the hides are very nicely preserved, with no splits or tears. The fat custom leather-wrapped steering wheel looks and feels great. Everything was standard, including a/c, power windows, locks, and mirrors, cruise control, a rear defroster, and a decent-sounding am/fm/cassette/cd stereo system, and it all works like it should. The lights are clear & bright, no oxidation. The door seals are not oxidized. The paint is in good shape, no door dings! The only notable engine upgrades are an msd ignition system and an american thunder exhaust system. The exhaust sounds awesome. Louder than stock, but not too loud or raspy like some exhaust systems. It's been properly maintained all its life, so there are no issues, no excuses, and no surprises for the next owner. Big 13-inch slotted & drilled disc brakes are part of the deal as well, giving this cobra world-class performance that is more than a match for its horsepower. The new tires & rims have roughly 1,200 miles on them so they are essentially new. The tires are the widest i could go without rubbing. This cobra is being advertised nationally and locally so i reserve the right to cancel without notice. All springs have urethane bushings for better/quieter control/response urethane bushings throughout front suspension & steering where possible cobra terminator front lower control arms, bushings & ball joints aftermarket and factory service manuals for pics by the appraiser: http://s1088.
